1.Honesty. Honesty is telling the truth like saying that you didn't cheat and you did. That is not honesty,no it isn't.But if you said you did cheat that is honesty. Some people do cheat the Russians use special medicine that makes them faster and that is cheating and is not fair to the other countries.
2. Friendship.Friendship is working together and being kind and standing up for each other. Like cheering on a friend or a person on the team.
3.Respect.Respect is treating people well.Not like teasing people.Some people or teams get teased and they don't like it. But respect is using grit ,zest and action.What isn't Respect is saying that you don’t need help ,with training and if you do that is lying.Lying isn't using Respect at all.
